Data categories

We process identity and contact details, delivery address, order and shoe repair details, selected services, communications, and details needed to receive and return the shoes.

Purposes and lawful bases

We use the data to accept and fulfil the order, perform the repair and delivery, communicate with the customer, protect legal claims, and comply with legal duties. The lawful bases are performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, and our legitimate interest in protecting our rights.

Storage period

We retain data while the order is handled and afterwards for the periods required by accounting, tax, and limitation laws.

Recipients

Transport, accounting, and IT service providers and other contracted processors may process data only to the extent necessary and under the controller instructions.
